Internationalization

The Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) is supported by its Directorate of International Relations (DRI), a dedicated office responsible for managing partnerships and exchange programs between UFPE and higher education institutions worldwide. Through its initiatives, the DRI facilitates knowledge exchange and academic collaboration between UFPE’s students and faculty and their peers across the globe.

The DRI provides guidance to students and faculty interested in studying abroad, offering information on available opportunities and the necessary procedures. It also oversees the development of international agreements. Currently, UFPE maintains formal partnerships with numerous foreign institutions across a wide range of countries.

Promoting internationalization and expanding academic exchange programs are at the core of UFPE’s initiatives, spearheaded by the Directorate of International Relations. For more information, visit: www.ufpe.br/cci.
