A standard protocol model is available in English, Italian, Spanish and French in this link. 

 

We suggest to the other institutions, whenever possible, that they use the model provided by us due to the fact that it has been pre-approved by our Legal Department, which makes the validation process go faster. In case another model is chosen, we require 3 copies of the agreement in each language: 3 in portuguese and 3 in the language chosen by the other institution. Both documents must contain the exact same information.
