The purpose of the UFPE Internationalization Committee is to provide advice to this Board, working to consolidate and expand the institutional internationalization policy. Committee members, who serve on a voluntary basis, serve a two-year term. The committee is chaired by the Director of International Relations and is made up of professors from different areas of knowledge at UFPE and all UFPE campuses, and representatives from Hospital das Clínicas and the technical-administrative sector. Due to the lack of applicants to represent the Colégio de Aplicação, an additional vacancy was allocated for teaching at the Recife campus. The current members of the Committee were elected in March 2023, with a term of office until March 2025.
