Centre of Agreste region (CAA)
The Academic Centre of Agreste region (CAA), in the interior of the state, offers undergraduate courses in Administration, Economics, Civil Engineering, Pedagogy/Education, Design, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Production Engineering, and a specialised course in Intercultural Education.

Academic Centre of Vitoria (CAV)
The Academic Centre of Vitoria (CAV) is in the municipality of Vitoria de Santo Antão and is structured in four nuclei of knowledge: Nursing, Nutrition and the specilised courses in Biological Sciences and Physical Education.

Centre of Arts and Communication (CAC)
The Centre of Arts and Communication (CAC), considered the most effervescent cultural centre in the UFPE, has the mission of developing culture, science and technology in the campuses of art and communication.

Centre of Biological Sciences (CCB)
The Centre of Biological Sciences (CCB) has the mission of preparing human resources, preserving, generating and disseminating knowledge for the comprehension and conservation of the environment, and improving quality of life.

Centre of Exact Sciences and Nature (CCEN)
The Centre of Exact Sciences and Nature (CCEN) is formed by the departments of Statistics, Physics, Mathematics and Basic Chemistry, and by the coordination of Area II, which is responsible for the teaching of subjects that are part of the basic courses of the Exact Sciences and the Engineering areas.

Centre of Judicial Sciences (CCJ)
The Law School of  Recife/Centre of Judicial Sciences includes one of the oldest Law courses in the country, created in 1827, and works in a building that was declared historical heritage by the Institute for National Historical and Artistic Heritage, in the centre of Recife. The school has a very valuable traditional library with more than 100 thousand tittles.

Health Centre (CCS)
The Health Centre (CCS), offers undergraduate courses in Pharmaceuticals, Odontology, Medicine, Nursing, Nutrition, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Phonoaudiology (Speech Therapy) and Physical Education.

Centre of Applied Social Sciences (CCSA)
Formed by the departments of Administrative Sciences, Accounting, Economics and Social Services, the Centre of Applied Social Sciences (CCSA) offers eight undergraduate courses, four Master programs and three Doctoral programs.

Education Centre (CE)
The Education Centre (CE) defines, conceives, elaborates and implements the pedagogical projects of the UFPE, particularly those regarding the preparation of professors. It acts in partnership with other Academic Centres, responsible for the different specialised courses.

Centre of Philosophy and Human Sciences (CFCH)
Initially denominated Institute of Philosophy and Human Sciences, this centre offers the courses of Archeology, Political Science/International Relations, Social Sciences (secondary school), Social Sciences (Specialized Course), Geography (secondary school), Geography (Specialized Course), History, Philosophy, Psychology and Museology.

Centre of Informatics (CIn)
Created in 1974, the Centre of Informatics (CIn) offers undergraduate courses in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Information  Systems. This course stands out for its excellence and creativity, which are reflected in the activities of training of personnel, research and development, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

Centre of Technology and Geosciences (CTG)
The Centre of Technology and Geosciences – School of Engineering of Pernambuco (CTG-EEP) offers 14 undergraduate courses: Biomedical Engineering, Cartographic Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electric-Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Food Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mining Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Oceanography and Geology.
